Born Pretty Store Stamping Plate BP-48

Today I want to show you the Born Pretty Store stamping plate BP-48. Born Pretty Store sent me this one for rewieving purposes, thank you so much!

I started with Catrice Vienna Rose Woods (ViennART Limited Edition), a dusky pink / mauve polish with pink and gold shimmer. This one is quite sheer, I used three coats for the pictures and it still wasn't 100% opaque.

Then I used Essie Blanc and Born Pretty Store stamping plate BP-48 for the stamping. The stamping plate comes with a blue protection foil and is really versatile, as you can use various corners of the big pattern on the left for different manis. It worked perfecty as it should, no issues to report, as long as you clean it after every seconnd stamp. My pinkie finger was the third stamp in a row, and as you can see it get's a little fuzzy. 52 Week Challenge - Tribal / Hot Pink

Tribal and hot pink are this week's themes, and I decided to go for a maori style tribal mani.

I started with three coats of OPI My Adress Is Hollywood, a hot pink shimmer (already used here). For the stamping I used P2 Eternal and MoYou Stamping plate Explorer Collection 15. One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top finished this mani.

Peace

Today's polish is ILNP Peace. Together with this polish I used a stamping plate Born Pretty Store sent me (I've already reviewed this one here). Thank you so much Born Pretty Store for sending me some items for reviewing purposes!

Born Pretty Store Purple Flower Nail Stickers

Today I want to show you these lilac flower nail stickers Born Pretty Store sent me for review. Thank you so much, Born Pretty Store!






I started with three coats of H&M Newlyweds, a light yellow jelly polish filled with tiny gold glitters.

Then I added the flower nail stickers. They were kind of hard to work with, they are quite thin, so I tore two of them trying to remove them from the sheet. Luckily, one of these sheets contains lots and lots of stickers, so I still had enough to choose from. I finished woth one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top. Brilliance

Today I want to show you another one of the gorgeous ILNP multichrome flakies: Brilliance.

 


The base color I used is Essence Inkheart (Love Letters Trend Edition), a slightly blue toned dark grey creme. One coat was enough for opacity.

Then I added one coat of ILNP Brilliance. "Brilliance is a wonderfully vintage feeling Ultra Chrome Flakie nail polish. It might look a bit similar to a couple of the others but we assure you it's not! The primary color range of Brilliance travels through a pale gold, a pinkish bronze, and a light green. You'll also be able to notice a bunch of other colors like blues, oranges, and reds depending on your lighting!" (Source: ILNP)

One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top provided a smooth finish.

52 Week Challenge - Tie Dye / Fugly

This week's challenge themes are tie dye and fugly.




Since I don't own any really ugly polishes (why would I buy those?), I follwed this tutorial for a tie dye mani. The polishes I used are Catrice Denim Moore, Essence Goofy Blue, Essie Hide & Go Chic and OPI Eurso Euro (over a base of Essie Blanc). One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top finished this mani.

Happy 1. August / 1. août to my swiss readers! Today's our national holiday, and of course I'm wearing a matching mani.





The base color is Girly Bits Joyeux Noël, a vivid red jelly with lots of red microglitter. This polish very much reminds me of Dorothy's ruby red slippers in The Wizard Of Oz. I used three coats for opacity and added one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top. For the swiss cross no my ring finger I used white Essence stamping polish and a dotting tool.

Joyeux Noël was, as you might have guessed by the name, a limited edition Christmas polish ans is no longer available. But who knows, if you with for it hard enough, Santa (or Pam) might bring it back this Christmas.
