Translucent

Christmas is over for this year, and like probably most of you, I've eaten way too much during the last couple of days. It's time for a healthier diet - and a new mani ;-)

This polish is Translucent by Cadillacquer. It has a teal jelly base (as usual, a little less blue than my pictures show) filled with silver/white translucent flakies. I used three coats and added one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

The Dark Defender

Today's polish is Cadillacquer's The Dark Defender.

The Dark Defender has a sheer teal jelly base with blue, purple and green flakie glitters. I used four coats and added one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top. SInce the jelly base is very sheer, I'd recommend undies in a similar color, if you're headed for a completely opaque finish.

Nail Crazies Unite: Delicate Print

Delicate Print is this week's challenge theme. If you've been reading my blog for some time now, you might know that I really like delicate stampings, so this prompt felt like a home game ;-)





My base color is Cadillacquer She's One Of A Kind, a light blue polish with a strong copper shimmer. I used three thin coats for opacity.








For the stamping I used aEngland Tristam and MoYou London Suki Collection plate 07. One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top finished this mani.

Lacke in Farbe und bunt - taupe

Lacke in Farbe und bunt is a weekly nail polish challenge by Lenas Sofa and Das Jahreszeitenhaus. Each week they have a new color scheme, and this week's color is taupe.





My base polish is Cadillacquer Beyond The Walls, a taupe polish with a subtle holo effect and blue shimmer. I used three coats for opacity.








On Top of Beyond The Walls I stamped some leaf twines with Catrice Smooth Chocolate (a very old one, I bought this polish at least ten years ago) and MoYou London Asia Collection plate 09. One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top finished this mani.

It's Going To Happen Again

It's time for some swiss nail polish by Cadillacquer.






It's Going To Happen Again is the name of this beauty. It has a dove blue crelly base with white and blue square glitters, small white hexes and an intense aqua shimmer. The pictures show three coats plus one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

Where The King Goes, The Realm Follows

A long title, and a long name for a polish: Where The King Goes, The Realm Follows. It's by Cadillacquer, a swiss indie brand, as you probably know.






Where The King Goes, The Realm Follows has a turquoise base with small yellow hex glitters (or are they gold? It's hard to tell through the polish). I used three coats and added one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top. The color scheme of Where The King Goes, The Realm Follows is very similar to Hare Bisbee (shown here), but the glitters are way smaller.

40 Great Nail Art Ideas: Pink and Aqua

Pink and aqua are set for this week's colors, and my personal pattern prompt is swirls.

Cadillacquer The Rest Is Silence is my base color. It's an aqua colored polish with soft pink flakie shimmer. I used three coats for opacity.







For the swirls I used Color Club Cloud Nine and Bundle Monster plate BM-XL210. This polish looks multicolored in the thin stamped layer, but as you can see in the bottle shot, it really is a pink holo. As usual I finished with one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.
