Envy of Success

St. Patrick's Day is over, but it's never too late for green manis, right?

My base is three coats of Zoya Envy, a very dark green jelly.

On top of Envy, I dabbed one coat of ILNP Success, a clear based flakie topper, shifting from various shades of green to pink. The pink hues are very camera shy, but I can definitely confirm they're clearly visible irl. One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top gave the mani a smooth finish and some extra shine.

ILNP polishes are available on Etsy, Hypnotic Polish, Harlow & Co. and at their own shop.

Saldana

Some time ago, enails.eu asked if I wanted to try some of their products. Of course, I said yes. Today's polish was offered for free. Thank you so much, enails.eu

enails.eu is a nail polish store based in Lithuania, they sell various brands of nail polish, gel polish, mani equipment and lots more, and they ship worldwide. Their stock concentrates on long lasting manis, with brands/series like Essie Gel Couture, OPI Infinite Shine or CND Vinylux. But they also have lots of Zoya polishes.

Since I don't use gel polish, I chose a regular nail polish, Zoya Saldana. This one has a very sheer light blue jelly base, filled with lots of shimmer that shifts from pink to gold. There are also lots of aqua hex glitters in three sizes. I used three coats for this still somewhat translucent look. If you prefer an opaque mani or want to keep the blue look the polish has in the bottle, I'd recommend using a light blue base. For a smoother finish, I added one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

For the snowflakes I uesd Barry M. Gold Foil and B.loves.plates B.05 let it snow. As usual, I adde done coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

Lacke in Farbe und bunt - anthrazit

Lacke in Farbe und bunt is a weekly nail polish challenge by Lenas Sofa and Das Jahreszeitenhaus. Each week they have a new color scheme, and this week's color is anthracite.

My base color is Zoya Dovima, a matte anthracite / charcoal grey with a green shimmer. This is three coats.

For the stamping I used ÜberChic Lovely Leaves stamping plate and Barry M. Silver Foil. No topcoat, to keep the matte finish.

Gold Sansa

I haven't shown many fall manis yet, so it's time to start ;-)

My base color is Zoya Sansa (you know, winter is coming...), a dark purple filled with gold flakie shimmer. Sadly, the gold shimmer didn't really show on the nails, the shimmer looks just purple. I used two medium coats for opacity and had no issues with application.

On top of Sansa I stamped with Barry M. Gold Foil and MoYou London Landscape Collection plate 04. One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top gave the mani some extra shine.

40 Great Nail Art Ideas: Autumn

Autumn has started, and that's also this week's challenge theme.

I started three coats of Catrice Suspect (Thrilling Me Softly LE), a pale gold shimmer.

Then I sponged my four autumn colors (green: Catrice Virgin Forest (Coolibri LE), orange: China Glaze Harvest Moon (Hunger Games Collection), red: Zoya Posh, brown: Essence James's Favourite Brown (Soul Sista LE)) over What's Up Nails Leaves nail vinyls. After removing the vinyls, I finished with one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

Gold Remy

Teal and gold are today's colors.

I started with Zoya Remy. "Remy can be best described as a brilliant indigo with a strong flash of green and gold liquid metallic glitter." (Source: Zoya) Remy is very well pigmented, almost a one-coater. I still used two coats, just to be sure.

The next step was stamping over Remy using L'Oréal Chrome Shine 343 and MoYou London Pro Collection XL plate 23. As usual, the final step was one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.
