Creep It Together

Today I have something very rare for you, a brand new polish ;-) I usually buy polishes and wait for months or years until I wear them, but this beauty I had to use immediately.

Creep It Together (by KBShimmer) is a multichrome magnetic shimmer with colorshifting flakies. The polish (and the flakies) show all the fall colours, green, gold, orange, red/pink. The bottle shot also shows some blue, but this wasn't visible on the nails. I used two coats, only magnetizing the second one. One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top to top the mani, again no magnetizing.

Too Cold To Hold

Too Cold To Hold is the name of today's polish. Since march has been rather cold this year in Switzerland, the name seems quite fitting...










This polish has a sheer blue jelly base filed with a myriad of blue hex glitters in various shades and sizes, some of them holographic. I used three coats for opacity. Due to the mani glitters this polish dries very gritty. I used two coats of KBShimmer Clearly On Top and it still felt a little sandy...

Lacke in Farbe und bunt - bunt

Lacke in Farbe und bunt is a weekly nail polish challenge by Lenas Sofa Each week they have a new color scheme, and this week's color is colurful.





My colorful polish is KBShimmer Rollin' With The Chromies, a holo multichrome shifting from cyan, to blue, to red orange, to burgundy. I used three coats for the pictures.





For the stamping I used B. loves plates B.05 let it snow and Barry M. Silver Foil. As usual, I added one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

Green Hex And Glam

Some green KBShimmer for today.











Green Hex And Glam has a medium green jelly base and silver holographic hex glitters in various sizes. I used three coats and added one generous coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top for a smooth finish.

Lacke in Farbe und bunt - hellblau

Lacke in Farbe und bunt is a weekly nail polish challenge by Lenas Sofa and Das Jahreszeitenhaus. Each week they have a new color scheme, and this week's color is light blue.





The polish I chose is KBShimmer I've Seen Sweater Days, a light blue crelly with chartreuse, silver, aqua and blue hex glitters, some of them holographic. I used three coats and added one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

Nail Crazies Unite - Stripes

 

Stripes are this week's challenge theme.





As base I used three coats of Essie Maximilian Strasse Her, a muted light sage green creme.





For the stripes I used KBShimmer Teal Another Tail, a teal jelly with pink flakie glitter, and straight nail vinyls. One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top topped the mani.

Lacke in Farbe und bunt is a weekly nail polish challenge by Lenas Sofa and Das Jahreszeitenhaus. Each week they have a new color scheme, and this week's color is turquoise.











The polish I chose is KBShimmer She Twerks Out. It has a turquoise jelly base (a little more green than my pictures show. As ususal, my camera just loves the blue hues too much...) filled with hex glitters in aqua, lilac and green, some of them holographic. I used three coats for opacity. This polish is very topcoat-thirsty. Every coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top I applied just got sucked in as soon it was dry. I gave up after two coats of topcoat and just lived with the stille textured surface.
