Lady Queen Beauty Water Decals

Today I want so show you some water decals Lady Queen Beauty offered me for reviewing purposes. Thank you so much, Lady Queen Beauty!

I applied three coats of Essie Cocktail Bling, a muted, grey leaning pastel blue/purple. Then I added the water decals. Application of the decals was quite easy: just remove the transparent protection foil, soak the decals in warm water for 20-30 seconds, remove the white sheet underneath and place them on your wet nails. It's really important to wet your nails with water, if you don't, you'll probably tear the decals. You can move the decals around on your wet nails until you're happy with the placement. Then dab the water off with some tissue and add topcoat.

If you like the water decals, you can get them here for 1.45$ a sheet. There are various color and pattern choices available, the ones I'm wearing are number 1619. If you're looking for water decals or various other nail art items, feel free to use my code "MNLC15" for a 15% discount.

Lady Queen Beauty Water Decals

I applied the decals over a white base, two coats of Essie Blanc. If you like the water decals, you can get them here for 2.06$ a sheet. There are various color and pattern choices available, the ones I'm wearing are number 1570. If you're looking for water decals or various other nail art items, feel free to use my code "MNLC15" for a 15% discount.

Lady Queen Beauty Water Decals

Today I want so show you some water decals Lady Queen Beauty offered me for reviewing purposes. Thank you so much, Lady Queen Beauty!

The decals come in a single sheet without any pre-formed cutouts, so you have to cut them yourself. They come in two rows, each 2cm high and 5.6cm wide. If you want to wear them as a full mani, you need quite narrow nails, as the 5.6cm aren't much for five nails. Mine are too wide, so I decided to use the decals as accent nails only. On my middle and ring finger, I applied the water decals over a white base (two coats of Essie Blanc). Application was easy, just soak the decal in warm water (remove the clear protection foil first), slide it from the white protection paper, apply it to the damp nail, pat it dry with some tissue and topcoat it. These flower decals have a quite delicate print, rather translucent, so a white base really is mandatory.

On my other fingers I chose a polish in the same color range, Pahlish Nodding Violet, a muted lilac holo. It needed three coats for opacity. I added one coat of KBShimmer Cleary On Top to protect the decals (and the polish).

If you like the water decals, you can get them here for 2.32$ a sheet. There are various color and pattern choices available, the ones I'm wearing are number 004. If you're looking for water decals or various other nail art items, feel free to use my code "MNLC15" for a 15% discount.
