Spring is here, it's time for some flowers.

I started with three coats od ILNP BFF's,a vivid purple scattered holo.

For the stamping I used aEngland Encore Margot and MoYou London Mix & Match Collection plate 10. I fixed the stamping with one coat of Bundle Monster Smudge Free Top Coat and added some KBShimmer Clearly On Top for extra shine.

Envy of Success

St. Patrick's Day is over, but it's never too late for green manis, right?

My base is three coats of Zoya Envy, a very dark green jelly.

On top of Envy, I dabbed one coat of ILNP Success, a clear based flakie topper, shifting from various shades of green to pink. The pink hues are very camera shy, but I can definitely confirm they're clearly visible irl. One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top gave the mani a smooth finish and some extra shine.

Aqua Violet Margot

After a very warm weekend, the temperatures have dropped again here in Switzerland. So my icy blue and silver combo fits the weather nicely (ok, a murky grey would fit even better, honestly...)

As base I used three coats of Models Own Aqua Violet. The name is very accurate, this polish is indeed a multichrome shimmer shifting from aqua over blue to violet/purple.

For the stamping I used aEngland Encore Margot and MoYou London Porcelain Collection plate 04. As usual, I added one coat of Bundle Monster Smudge Free Top Coat and one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

When Colours Collide: Red and Purple

Yesterday, the latest round of When Colours Collide ended, with the prompt red and purple.

I started with one coat of MoYou London Purple House and sponged a gradient with Purple House and aEngland Percival. For the stamping I used the same polishes (just the other way round) and MoYou London Porcelain Collection plate 02. I fixed the stamping with one coat of Bundle Monster Smudge Free Top Coat and mattefied it with one coat of Picture Polish G'Day Matte.

Choo-Choo Choose Gold

Since I spent the last week skiing, I've got my last snowflakes for this season to show you, before spring arrives.

I used three coats of China Glaze Choo-Choo Choose You as a base. This is one of these polishes that look completely different on the nails than it does in the bottle. In the bottle, it's a blue leaning purple with golden shimmer. On the nails, it's more of a very dark taupe with a shimmer shifting from gold to green.

I stamped with Barry M. Gold Foil and B. loves plate B.05 let it snow. As you might have guessed, I added one coat of Bundle Monster Smudge Free Top Coat and one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

Shadow On The Moon 2.0

Who said shades of brown, copper and gold are exclusive to fall manis? It certainly wasn't me...

I started with three coats of Born Pretty Store Sunrise, a reddish brown creme.

On top of my base, I added one coat of Shadow On The Moon 2.0 by LynBDesigns, a polish with a very sheer red-brown base and lots of glitters, hexes in red and copper, gold tiny squares and hexes, black hexes and some holo sparkles. Then I added one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top for a smooth finish. I really like the outcome, but honestly, I don't get these very sheer glitter polishes. They are too sheer to be worn alone, but they restrict you in terms of base polish, since the polish is still tinted. You have to choose a similar color as base, so it doesn't look "dirty". Why not use a clear base, or make the base buildable to opacity?

You Know My Name

Another green for today, Dance Legend You Know My Name.

You Know My Name is a dark olive magnetic poplish with golden reflexes. I used three coats, magnetised the third and added one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

Close Knit Briarwood

I haven't shown an office appropriate mani for some time now, so take a look at this one. Subtle, but not boring, I'd say.

My base is three coats of ILNP Close Knit, a soft pink scattered holo.

On top of Close Knit, I stamped some subtle red leaves, using aEngland Briarwood and ÜberChic Lovely Leaves plate. One coat of Bundle Monster Smudge Free Top Coat and one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top finished the mani.
