Baby's Strict Diadem

Today I have another skittlette mani to show you.

My middle and ring finger show two coats of P2 Strict, a silver toned lilac textured polish.

On the other fringers I used Astor Pearly Diadem, a duochrome shimmer shifting from green to purple (my lightbox pictures show a shift from pink to a golden yellow, but in the sunshine picture at the end of the post you can see the colors are more accurate). Pearly Diadem is very sheer, I used four coats for a more-or-less opaque finish. If you want it to be completely opaque, I'd recommend layering it over a cream polish.

On my thumb and pinkie I added a stamping using Essence Baby, Baby, Ooh (Beauty Beats Trend Edition), and MoYou Pro Collection Plate 14. Yes, I have to admit, this Essence polish is part of a Justin Bieber collection, but while I sometimes buy polishes just because of their name, I won't let Justin Bieber stop me from buying polishes, even if I don't like him ;-)

I added one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top topcoat on my thumb, index and pinkie finger, but none over the textured polish.

And now for something completey different: My one year blogiversary giveaway ended last night, and Rafflecopter chose a winner. I already emailed her, so if your name's Ceci, you might want to check your email account :-)

  1. Gorgeous manicure! I love the P2 textured glitter, and great stamping too! Somewhat Bieber put me off and I did not buy any colour even if I really liked the turquoise one :)

    1. Thank you, Nati! At first, I wasn't sure about buying the Bieber polish, but I told me this boy wasn't nearly important enough to stop me from buying polish ;-)

    1. Thank you, Melissa! I guess the polishes are not jealous, so you can like them all the same ;-)
