Nail Crazies Unite Challenge: Coffee

Today starts a new nail art challenge, and it's the Nail Crazies Unite Challenge. We'll be posting every other friday a new mani. The starting prompt is coffee.

This task set me two problems. Problem 1: I've literally got hunderts of stamping plates, but not one single coffe related pattern. No cups, no mugs, no coffee beans, nothing. That means free hand nail art for the very first mani of this challenge, and I really suck at free hand nail art. Problem 2: coffee's so not my thing. I can't stand the smell or the taste. But I do own a Nespresso machine, so my boyfriend can get this daily dosis of caffeine when he stays with me. So Nespresso capsules it is for this task ;-)

I used MoYou London Café Au Lait as base color (two coats) and Barry M. Gold Foil (gold), Essence Love Potion! (copper), ILNP Black Orchid (purple), Essie School Of Hard Rocks (teal) and Catrice Reggeaton (brown) for the capsules. One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top finished this mani.

    1. Thank you Valentine! As I mentioned, I really don't like coffee, but my boyfriend likes Nespresso, too, and if he's happy with it, I'm happy :-)

  5. This is cute - when I realized what they were I may have snorted out loud and then laughed at myself for snorting! :)
