Electric Carnival

Another ILNP multichrome flakie mani for today with Electric Carnival.

As base color I used Catrice Steel My Heart, a muddy colored polish between brown, dark grey and purple, with small glitter particles and a semi-matte finish. I used three thin coats.







Then I dabbed on a coat of ILNP Electric Carnival, a multicolored flakie topper that shifts between gold, red, pink, green and blue. One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top finished this mani.
