A Box, Indied - Tinsicle
The next polish of the december "A Box, Indied" is Lacquerlicious Tinsicle.
As base color, I used three coats of Catrice LOVEnder (Celtica Limited Edition), a glass flecked pastel lilac with grey undertones. No issues with application to report.
On top of LOVEnder, I added one coat of Lacquerlicious Tinsicle. Tinsicle has a clear base absolutely packed with glitters in multiple forms and various shades of blue, pink and purple, some of them holographic. The bars, hexes, circles, squares and stars come in differents sized from the smallest microglitter to pretty huge dots. The glitters are so dense, you could ceratinly build this one up to opacity on it's own.
I had no issues with application, only the biggest circles and the stars needed a little fishing, but weren't too hard to get out of the bottle. I used one coat of Rica Glossy Glam topcoat, which was enough for a smooth finish over the smaller glitters, but I could still feel the large circles and stars.
Lacquerlicious polishes are sold on Etsy (US and Canada only) and BeautySoFly. Tinsickle was exclusive to the december "A Box, Indied". The box with five polishes is available at Llarowe as a one month only box or as subscription (50$ per box).

This is lovely! Beautiful pictures too! The last one is especially nice. I've been wanting to buy a lot of Laquerlicious polishes as of lately. They have so many pretty colors.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Melissa! To be honest, I only on two Lacquerlicious polishes, both out of A Box, Indied, and I've never lookes at their normal range of polish before. I'm afraid that if I do, I just can't stop myself from ordering polish, and at the moment, I'm trying to buy a little less...
DeleteThis December box is really absolutely stunning! Beautiful combination and I am with Melissa - gorgeous pics <3
ReplyDeleteOh yes it is, and the january box was just as spectacular (posts following from tuesday) ;-)
DeleteLovely combo! Even with the big chunks in it I like the top coat a lot.
ReplyDeleteMelissa likes a chunky glitter topcoat? What a surprise! (my parents always say you have to "paint a cross on the ceiling" when something extraordinary happenes. As a kid, I was devastated when they only talked about it, but never deally painted one) ;-)
DeleteDas sieht toll aus *_* Richtig harmonisch und multidimensional.
ReplyDeleteVielen Dank, mir gefällt es auch sehr gut :-)
