I started with two coats of OPI Russian Navy, a midnight blue shimmer. On top of my base I dabbed one coat of ILNP Mayfield, a multichrome flakie topper showing blue, aqua, pink, purple and orange shades. Then I added one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.
As I love matte flakies, I added one coat of Picture Polish G'Day Matte for a satin finish.
