Black and neon are this week's challenge colors. I found that prompt quite difficult, since I don't own many neon polishes, but after some looking I found one I got in the A Box, Indied ages ago.
My neon polish is Black Cat Lacquer Sunburned, a neon pink/orange. I used Born Pretty Store black stamping polish and Über Chic Beauty plate 1-01. As usual, I added one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.
