Lacke in Farbe und bunt - taubenblau

Lacke in Farbe und bunt is a weekly nail polish challenge by Lenas Sofa and Das Jahreszeitenhaus. Each week they have a new color scheme, and this week's color is dove blue.


 


My base polish is a little dark to be a true dove blue, but when I googled the color, I saw a lot of pictures darker than I expected, so I guess I'm not too wrong with it. It's Catrice London Calling (Check & Tweed LE), a blue-grey shimmer. I used three coats for opacity and had no issues with application.







For the stamping I used China Glaze Scandalous Shenanigans and Bundle Monster plate BM-S185 (Mystic Woods Set #2). One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top finished this mani.
