Lacke in Farbe und bunt is a weekly nail polish challenge by Lenas Sofa and Das Jahreszeitenhaus. Each week they have a new color scheme, and this week's color is turquoise.
The polish I chose is KBShimmer Home Surf. "Home Surf is a muted teal crelly with silver holographic glitters in several sizes. This polish reminds me of days at the shore, with waves crashing, water sparkling, and just the clam feeling only vacation can bring." (Source: KBShimmer). In my eyes, the base color is a little too light to be a true teal, so I just decided that it looks like a dark turquoise to me ;-) I used three coats for opacity and added one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.
