Today I want to show you what I wore on my nails for NYE.
I started with three coats of ILNP Birefringence (holo version). "Birefringence (H) shifts through an array of incredible blues, purples, reds, oranges, yellows, and even subtle greens! On top of that, you'll love the stunningly crisp rainbow sparkle." (Source: ILNP)
As a next step I stamped over the base using a black creme (aEngland Camelot) and MoYou London Kaleidoscope Collection plate 09. One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top finished this mani.
