My Little Glacier

Happy Pi Day (at least for my american readers, here in Europe it's simple 14.3.)!

For today's mani I used three coats of ILNP My Little Glacier, a blue toned mulitchrome. At first I thought this one to be "the boring one" (don't most make up/nail polish collection have an item that just doesn't wow you?), with just a subtle change from steel blue to sky blue, but when I entered my kitchen to take the pictures (more light in the kitchen than in the living room where I paint my nails), I realised I was wrong. My Little Glacier not only shows steel blue and sky blue, but also silver, pewter, turquoise, indigo and in extreme angles even purple and yellow (mostly visible in the underwater shot). So once more a ILNP multichrome that just "nails it"! For the Pi sign on my ring finger and thumb I used a nail art brush and a England Tristam.

  1. What a gorgeous multichrome - I only have Nostalgia by ILNP - maybe I should consider getting some pals for that loner? You know in reference to the pack-mentality of polish ;-P

    1. You absolutely need more ILNPs! ;-)
I'm wearing one at the moment (Sweet Serenade), the non "ultra chromes" are nice, but not really breathtaking. As a must-have I'd only consider the ones labelled as "ultra chrome".
