Endless Static Sea

Do you love holographic glitter as much as I do?

Today's polish is Pahlish Endless Static Sea. As you can see from the label, my bottle is pretty old, it was part of one of my first indie orders ever, in May 2012. Endless Static Sea has a black jelly base filled with silver holographic hexes, squares and bars plus a blue/fuchsia duochrome shimmer.

Application of Endless Static Sea was easy, no fishing for glitters needed, and all the glitters lay pretty flat. I layered one coat over a black creme (a England Camelot), as the black jelly base is pretty sheer. I finished with one coat of Essence Better Than Gel Nails Top Sealer for a smooth finish.

Pahlish polishes are available on Bigcartel , at Overall Beauty and at Llarowe. My version of Endless Static Sea sadly is no longer produced. There's a new polish with the same name, but honestly, the name is the only thing these two polishes share.

  1. I don't like the bigger chunks in it (you must think 'oh heeeeere she goes again' lol :-)) but I do like little galaxy-style specks against the dark base. Or maybe that is just the English base color doing it all, I dunno.

    1. The a England base is just a plain black creme, so the galaxy-shimmer you see is completely by Endless Static Sea. And you're allowed to mention the big chunks you don't like as many times as you want ;-)

  4. I love holo glitter - of course - and black based holo glitters in particular, so of course I find your mani just awesome. Pahlish is another favorite Indie of mine and I just love her new Big Cartel Shop!!!!

    1. I'm glad you like it, Pahlish is one of my favorite brands, too. I actually prefer Etsy over Big Cartel, but afaik, Etsy is getting more and more expensive for sellers, so I can understand why lots of indie brands close their Etsy shop in favor of a Big Cartel store.
