Black jelly with glitter today: Oopsie Daisies Cosmic Ruins.
Cosmic Ruins is "a black jelly based polish with various colors, sizes and shapes of glitter as well as subtle blue shimmer. Can be layered over black or worn on its own."

I layered two coats of Cosmic Ruins over a black creme (as always, Manhattan 1010N) and had no issues with application, no dabbing or fishing for glitters needed. I finished with one coat of Nail Pattern Boldness Glitter Food and one coat of Cult Nails Wicked Fast.
