So you're a trendsetter without even appreciating it ;-)<br /><br />If I had worn Stormy Skies alone, I would have used top coat (I always do), but as I used it as a base color for layering, I didn't want to add even more coats, this mani already consists of 7 layers...<br /><br />Considering that Stormy Skies is already shimmery without top coat (I could see the shimmer, I just could't really capture it with my camera) it must be really sparkly with top coat.
