A Box, Indied - Witch & Famous
Happy Halloween! Polish number four of the october "A Box, Indied" is Different Dimension Witch & Famous, and it has a perfect halloween-y color :-)
Witch & Famous is a vivid orange holo with small gold and silver glitters. Two coats were enough for opacity.
For the Jack O' Lantern faces I used P2 Eternal and a nail art brush. As always, I added one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.
Different Dimension polishes can be found on Etsy, at Mei Mei's Signatures or at Llarowe. Witch & Famous was exclusive to the october "A Box, Indied". A new box with five polishes will be available at Llarowe again by the end of november.

40 Great Nail Art Ideas: Halloween
It's not Halloween yet, but since the 40GNAI Challenge takes place on fridays, I'm a day early with my Halloween themed mani;-)
For this mani I started with a somewhat messy blue/purple gradient (OPI Dating A Royal and Vant To Bite My Neck over a base of Essie Blanc). On my pinkie, ring and index fingers, I stamped with P2 Eternal and Bundle Monster Holiday plate BM-H08. For my middle finger and thumb, I also used P2 Eternal and What's Up nail vinlys with a graveyard and bat pattern. One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top finished this mani.
To protect my skin for the gradient, I used Born Pretty Store Liquid Peel Off Tape. Born Pretty Store sent my this product for reviewing purposes, thank you so much! The liquid tape comes in a 15ml nail polish bottle. I applied it around my nails, let it dry (it dries in a couple of minutes and stays white when dry, so you can see where you applied it) and sponged on the gradient. At first I had some troubles removing it, it didn't come off as easily as it looks in the picture. But with warm water and some rubbing it came off eventually. You can get the Liquid Peel Off Tape here for only 2.99$ a bottle.

The Liquid Peel Off Tape was offered for reviewing purposes. Again, thank you very much, Born Pretty Store!

A Box, Indied - Twitch Or Treat
The next polish of the october "A Box, Indied" is Girly Bits Twitch Or Treat.
Twitch Or Treat is a plum colored linear holo. I used three coats for opacity. For the accent nails I started with a base of Barry M. Gold Foil. After the base was completely dry, I applied chevron nail vinyls, and then one generous coat of Twitch Or Treat. After removal of the nail vinyls, I finished with one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.
Girly Bits polishes are available at her own store, Harlow & Co., Overall Beauty and Mei Mei's Signatures. Twitch Or Treat is exclusive to the october "A Box, Indied". The box with five products is available at Llarowe as a one month only box or as subscription (50$ per box).

A Box, Indied - Dandy Warlock AND Born Pretty Store Water Decals
Hare Polishe's Dandy Warlock is the second polish of the october "A Box, Indied" For the accent nails I used water decals that were offered by Born Pretty Store, thank you so much!
Dandy Warlock has a black jelly base with tiny holo glitters and red and copper flakies. It is quite sheer, but wearable with three coats, as the pictures show. For the accent nails I used the pattern on the lower right of the four-patter-sheet. You can get these 40 water decals here at Born Pretty Store. For 3.99$ you get four full manis (or 40 accent nails). I used the decals over a white base (Essie Blanc) and had no problems with application.
Hare polishes are available on Etsy. Dandy Warlock is exclusive to the october "A Box, Indied". The box with five polishes is available at Llarowe as a one month only box or as subscription (50$ per box).

40 Great Nail Art Ideas: Orange, Purple and Green
This week's challenge colors are orange, purple and green, and my personal pattern prompt is leopard.
I started with one coat of OPI Vant To Bite My Neck, a dark purple creme. For the leopard pattern I used the reversed stamping technique (my premiere). I started with Bundle Monster plate BM-221 and Kiko Mirror Lacquer 626 (Lawn Green). I picked up the pattern with my stamper and filled the leo circles using Max Factor Bright Orange and a dotting tool whilte the polish was still on the stamper. Then pressed it on my nails to transfer the pattern.
